
I'm sorry it has taken so long to add anything useful to this Blog. In amongst the nationwide lockdown, like everyone else, I have tried to be productive, whilst not eating too much chocolate, or spending a lot of time in queues at the local supermarkets.
So, I have tried to film some short videos on a range of topics, which I hope will be of use to anyone who currently finds themselves in isolation due to government/self imposed restrictions, or once the current circumstances change, find themselves wanting to practise something, which would enable them to help themselves.
As you'll see, I'm not particulalrly comfortable infront of a camera, but if you can get past that, I hope you will find what I post here useful in your life. I'll keep adding videos over the forthcoming months and if you would like me to cover anything in more detail, or have any questions, please do not heistate to contact me.
I've started with a self massage video and will onto Meditation, Breathing techniques, Qigong, Tai Chi and Martial Arts over the forthcoming weeks and months.
